No pictures here. I swore the night before that I wasn't going to this. I was intent on going camping. We went to this instead. The camping never seems to work out for some reason.
We brought the youngins. So did a lot of other folks. The crowd was all over the map. Isn't it obvious they should do more shit like this at the park more often? Beer for sale. Kids. Saturday night and people treating it that way. What's not to like, people?
So the Violent Femmes played what you would expect and a bunch of other stuff only the diehards know. Can't beat that for a $1.
We wanted to catch opener Good Brother Earl, my kid's guitar teacher's band, but we got there halfway through their set and were busy entertaining the kids. Sounded good though.
