07.15.2006 - 31st Street Pub- Pittsburgh, PA
 Hell, I took so long to write this I barely remember shit about it. Wifey made a rare appearance with me at the 31st and we got down with Slim and the boys for another one of their increasingly more frequent local showings. Munly was looking particularly menacing this evening. After Slim's set we took off for Gooski's to catch the end of some band's set, got bored, and decided to head back to catch the headliner at the 31st, The Legendary Shack Shakers.
Walking between the two buildings that makes an entrance to Gooksi's kinda special, we run into Becky from Local Honey and she says they are just leaving the 31st. Knowing my timing was better we continue on and check out the Shack Shakers for about 30 minutes then decide to head back to Gooski's where The Working Poor are just taking the stage and put on rousing 40 minute show to a bunch of insiders and local music fans. A very productive evening indeed.
